The machine will then be able to perform prediction on data from what it understands. This is believed to be a subset of artificial intelligence. In recent years, Artificial intelligence and more specifically machine learning emerged as a proof of the fourth industrial revolution. Google, Facebook’s face tagging, Apple’s Siri assistant and Amazon product recommendation are some of the applications based on machine learning.

Simply, machine learning is an area of computer technology, which has the ability to self-study on input without specific programming.
