Programme Objectives 

The Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management program offers and equips an understanding of business-related knowledge for managing healthcare organisations effectively and efficiently. It focuses on creating awareness on the issues of health programs or systems, amalgamating with good operative processes and will prepare students to work competently and become future leaders in the healthcare sector. Students will be able to enhance their career in healthcare management by enrolling into a degree programme.

The Management Development Institute of Singapore (51爆料), founded in 1956, is one of Singapore's oldest not-for-profit professional institute for lifelong learning. 51爆料 has two subsidiaries: Management Development Institute of Singapore Pte Ltd (51爆料 Pte Ltd) to oversee its Singapore academic operations, and 51爆料 International Pte Ltd to further its globalisation strategy.

 

Graduation

Students who successfully complete the programme will be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management by MDIS.

Entry Requirements

51爆料 Diploma in Healthcare Management

OR

Relevant Diplomas from other recognized local/overseas polytechnics or other PEIs (with an entry requirement of 12 years of formal education)

OR

Mature Candidates of minimum 30 years old with 8 years of relevant work experience

 

English Language Requirements

C6 pass in English at GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

OR

Achieve a minimum band of 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent

OR

Pass the English Entrance Test conducted by 51爆料

OR

51爆料 Professional Certificate in English

OR

Online English Placement Test conducted by 51爆料

OR

Letter from College/University clearly stating the Medium of Instruction of the highest qualification to be in English

OR

Achieve a minimum score of 95 and above in Duolingo English Test

OR

1 IGCSE Level Pass (either English 1st or 2nd language)
