  • Academic Services Executive
    • Job Summary:
      The Academic Services Executive serves as a key liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of student-related activities. This role involves supporting the lecturers, assisting in events, managing student records, supporting academic and extracurricular programs, supporting the exam unit, and addressing student concerns. He/she fosters a positive and inclusive environment, promotes student engagement, and contributes to the overall success of student services.
  • Programme Manager
    • Job Summary:
      The Programme Manager oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of academic programs. He/she coordinates with faculty, manages student enrollment and progress, ensures curriculum quality, and handles administrative tasks. His/her role is key in maintaining academic standards, enhancing student experience, and supporting institutional goals. He/she will also be required to teach within the programme for up to 50% of the working hours per month.
    • Job Summary:
    • The Senior System Administrator ensuring the reliable, secure and efficient operation of the organization IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment and security system. This position oversees the administration, maintenance and optimization of servers, firewalls, switches, routers and Microsoft 365/ Active Directory environments. It includes performing regular updates, patches and security assessments to safeguard system integrity and protect company data against cyber threats. 
  • The Paralegal (Corporate Secretarial) supports the Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions of 51爆料 by providing administrative, research, and corporate governance support. This role includes preparing and reviewing legal and corporate documents, maintaining statutory records, assisting with regulatory filings, conducting legal research, and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and corporate governance requirements
  • The Sustainability Specialist / Assistant Manager will support the planning, coordination, and operation of the Applied Sustainability and Innovation Centre, with a strong focus on applied sustainability projects, academic–industry collaboration, and innovation outcomes. The role involves identifying sustainability challenges and translating them into industry鈥憆elevant pilot projects, applied research initiatives, and demonstrator programs in areas such as waste stream management, green buildings, resource efficiency, and sustainable procurement. The incumbent will work closely with faculty, students, industry partners, and external stakeholders to co鈥慸evelop and implement practical sustainability solutions. The position will also support grant identification, proposal development, and funding applications, including government, industry, and international funding opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting with project budgeting, compliance, reporting requirements, and tracking deliverables for funded sustainability and innovation projects. Additionally, the role will contribute to industry engagement activities, knowledge鈥憈ransfer workshops, sustainability reporting, and the monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure measurable impact and long鈥憈erm value creation through the Centre.
  • The Program Consultant is responsible for promoting academic programs and driving enrolment for part-time and full-time courses. Managed prospective student enquiries, followed up on leads through multiple channels, and processed applications and payments. Collaborated with internal departments and participated in roadshows, career fairs, and marketing initiatives to support student recruitment.
  • This role within MDC is responsible for driving the growth of seminars, customized training programs and business consultancy services across both local and international markets. The position requires a proactive sales professional who can cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets. In addition to managing the end鈥憈o鈥慹nd coordination of immersion groups, the role involves preparing regular sales performance reports and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes. This is a dynamic, client鈥慺acing role suited for a motivated individual with proven experience in educational sales and a strong understanding of cross鈥慶ultural learning environments.
  • Responsible for supporting daily library operations by ensuring efficient circulation of materials, accurate shelving according to DDC standards, and maintaining an organized and user-friendly library environment. Assists patrons with enquiries, manages overdue or damaged items follow-ups, and supports stocktaking and collection maintenance activities such as weeding.

  • Academic Positions (Part-Time)

Associate Lecturer(s) will be appointed on part-time basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements. After the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place three (3) to six (6) months prior to the commencement of classes or it will be subject to the availability of teaching classes.

Applicants must possess a recognised University degree. Any other relevant professional qualifications, industry experience and pedagogical training would be advantageous.
